Before we print, we’ll send you a digital proof straight to your inbox. This gives you a chance to double-check spelling, colors, and layout. Think of it as the “are you sure this is how you want your name spelled?” stage. Once you approve, we roll the presses.

Return & Refund Policy
Notify us of issues within 6 business days of receiving your order.
100% of the order must be returned within 15 days to qualify for reprint or refund.
No refunds on expedited shipping, design services, or once production begins.
Reprints use the original file submitted--new files require a new order.
