SHIPPING
Can I drop off packages for shipping?
Absolutely! Drop off your pre-labeled and pre-packaged UPS, USPS, or FedEx shipments with us.
We'll take it from there (literally).
Do you accept QR code returns (like from Amazon)?
We wish we could, but unfortunately, we do not accept QR code returns. Please make sure your package is labeled and ready to ship-we like our scanners old-school.
Don't have a label?
No worries! We can create a label for you and get your package on its merry way. We're basically your neighborhood shipping fairy godmothers.
When do packages get picked up?
Pickups happen Monday through Friday at 1:00 PM-so don't hit snooze too many times if you're
trying to catch that truck!
Do you oer Saturday shipping?
Sadly, no Saturday shipping. We like to think even packages deserve a weekend off.
COMPUTER USAGE
Can I use your computers?
Yes, and they're totally free to use! Browse, print, email, or even pretend you're working on a novel - we don't judge.
FAXING AND SCANNING
Do you offer faxing and scanning services?
We sure do! We can fax your forms or scan and email your documents faster than you can say "do people still fax?"
And yes-we delete your private files after they've reached their destination. No digital hoarding here.
DOCUMENT SHREDDING
Do you shred documents?
Yep-we shred paper like nobody's business. Whether your documents are in envelopes, clipped together, or even in a mystery stack-we've got you covered.
How does the shredding process work?
We weigh your documents, drop them in a locked secure bin, and once a month the shredding truck
shows up and does what it does best-turns secrets into confetti.
CONSTRUCTION PLAN PRINTING
Do you print construction plans?
Yes, we do! Any size you need-18x24, 24x36, 30x42, 36x48-or anything in between.
Greyscale or full color, printed on standard 20# paper. Basically, we bring blueprints to life (without the hard hat).
PLACING AN ORDER
What's the best way to place an order?
Just head over to the "Send Us a Job" page, answer a few quick questions, upload your file, and
boom-you're done! We'll confirm everything and get to printing like the paper wizards we are.
TURNAROUND TIME
How long will my job take?
It depends on the project and how busy we are, but here's the general scoop:

Simple print jobs/copying: Usually ready same day or by the next day

Print jobs (business cards, NCR forms, flyers, envelopes): 2-3 business days after final approval

Signs: 7-10 business days after final approval
Got a deadline? Let us know-we're pretty good at pulling off printing miracles.
Rush Charges
Projects requested with turnaround times shorter than our standard production schedule (printing 2-3
business day after final art approval, banners/signs 7-10 business days after final art approval) may be
subject to additional rush charges. These charges vary based on the complexity of the project, current
production capacity, and the requested delivery timeframe. Rush fees can range anywhere from 25 –
300 % of the original job cost.
PRICING
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies, but here's a ballpark for basic copies:

Greyscale, single-sided on 20# paper: $0.22/sheet

Color, single-sided on 20# paper: $0.66/sheet
Prices may fluctuate depending on the job, kind of like gas prices-but less dramatic.
