COPYPLUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing a order with CopyPlus, you agree to the following terms. These may change without notice.
1. ORDER APPROVAL & ARTWORK

Customers are responsible for final proof and layout approval.

No changes can be made once an order is placed.

CopyPlus is not liable for issues such as:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammar errors
-
Bleeds, fonts, folds, die lines, transparency, or overprint problems

Finished product size discrepancies

Files must be submitted in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI.

We are not responsible for color shifts from RGB or low-resolution images.
2. COLOR MATCHING
We do not guarantee color matching.
Screen proofs are for layout reference only and do not show final color accuracy.
3. DESIGN PROOFS
Carefully examine proofs before approving.
Approval means you accept full responsibility for all content.
Changes after approval will require time and may incur additional charges.
4. CUSTOMER CONTENT
You are responsible for any content submitted.
Do not submit:

Obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing materials
-
Spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
We reserve the right to reject inappropriate files.
5. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CopyPlus harmless against claims related to your files, artwork, or breach of these terms.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship FOB origin—ownership transfers to customer upon carrier handoff.
We are not liable for delays due to:

Weather, shipping company issues, or customs

Equipment failure or technical delays
We do not use customer-provided shipping accounts or split shipments.
7. SERVICE AREA
We only produce and ship orders within the U.S.
8. LOST / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Claims may only be filed after 30 days and for orders valued over $50.
We are not responsible for third-party shipping errors.

9. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before approval and may incur a cancellation fee.
Once in production, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPRINTS
Notify us of issues within 6 business days of receiving your order.
100% of the order must be returned within 15 days to qualify for reprint or refund.
No refunds on expedited shipping, design services, or once production begins.
Reprints use the original file submitted—new files require a new order.
